What file formats are supported for merging?
Fexo supports .xlsx, .xls, and .csv files. You can mix formats in a single merge — they will be combined into one unified XLSX output.
How does attachment download work?
Authorize Gmail through Google OAuth, or connect any inbox via IMAP with AES-256 encrypted credentials. Filter by date, keywords, labels/folders, and file types to bulk-download attachments — with live progress, SHA-256 deduplication, and an Excel download report.
Can I extract data from PDFs and invoices?
Yes. Pull structured fields from PDFs and invoices into Excel, then merge — so you are not retyping invoice rows by hand.
Can I save files to my own Google Drive?
Yes. Connect a Google Drive account in Settings (separate from Gmail download). Downloads can be saved to your Fexo Downloades folder — your own Drive space (BYOS).
Does PDF extract work on scanned photos?
Digital (text) PDFs use PDF → Excel. For phone photos and scans, use Photo → Excel (OCR). Clear, well-lit images work best.
Can I automate downloads on a schedule?
Absolutely. With Automation Rules, set up recurring Gmail or IMAP downloads that run daily, weekly, or at custom intervals — then merge hands-free.
